Ok.. I don’t want to knows what’s going on my friend’s farmville and I don’t want to know everything about their farmville.. Is there away to turn it off..

Yes. Right beside the Farmville notification, on the right hand upper corner of it, if you hover your mouse you can hide the notification. It will hide all Farmville notifications.
