There are Unlimited Light and Lights Decorator on FarmVille. What is the difference? How much does each cover?

I read on “i blog all” the DOCORATOR is for ONE building only….it will allow you to decorate only one building at a time for 2 FV…the unlimited will allow you to decorate unlimited buildings and /or fences , etc…
